    First qualified candidate in your inbox within five business days of the intake call.

    Three to five candidates per opening, maximum. If we cannot fill it, we tell you early instead of padding the list.

    No fee until your hire starts day one. Not at offer. Not at acceptance. At start.

  • 04

    90 day replacement guarantee. If they leave or you let them go inside 90 days, we refill the seat at no additional fee.

  • 05

    Fee structure is negotiable. Flat, percentage, guaranteed or not. Tell us what your finance team needs and we work to it.

Screening

Two checks, and we actually make the calls.

    License and certifications verified with the issuing state board. We pull the record ourselves. We do not take a license number off a résumé and pass it along.

  • 02

    References called at foreman and superintendent level. The people who watched them work, asked about the work. If we cannot reach a supervisor who will speak to their hands, we tell you that instead of hiding it.

That is the honest list. We do not run a trade knowledge exam, and we do not run your background or drug screen. Those are your process, and we schedule around them however you want.
